Botulinum toxin has been used for aesthetic procedures since fifteen years and even longer in neurology. It is considered a safe treatment and has had FDA approval for cosmetic use since 2012.

For women, as well as men, botulinum toxin can treat forehead wrinkles (glabellar “frown” wrinkles, crow’s feet and forehead lines) and allows to fine-tune the position of the eyebrows, as well as redraw some contours of the face.
