However, the clinic cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the presentation. <\/p>\n<p>The photographs and visuals presented are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.<\/p>\n<h3>3.1 Cosmetic products<\/h3>\n<p>The cosmetics on offer are professional-quality products, carefully selected by our experts.<\/p>\n<h3>3.2 Gift vouchers<\/h3>\n<p>Gift vouchers can be used for all Clinique Entourage services and products. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for their cash value. <\/p>\n<h3>Article 4 &#8211; Prices<\/h3>\n<p>The prices of our products and services are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes, including Swiss VAT at the current rate.<\/p>\n<p>The clinic reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The clinic does not store any banking data.   <\/p>\n<h3>Article 7 &#8211; Delivery<\/h3>\n<h4>7.1 Delivery area<\/h4>\n<p>Products are delivered in Switzerland and the European Union, according to the terms specified at the time of order.  <\/p>\n<h4>7.2 Delivery times<\/h4>\n<p>Delivery times are given as an indication when the order is placed. The clinic makes every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Indicative lead times :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital gift vouchers: immediate delivery by email<\/li>\n<li>Postal gift vouchers: 3 to 5 working days<\/li>\n<li>Cosmetics: 5 to 7 working days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7.3 Delivery charges<\/h4>\n<p>Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated and vary according to the delivery method chosen and the destination.  <\/p>\n<h4>7.4 Receipt of order<\/h4>\n<p>On receipt of the parcel, the customer is invited to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered. In the event of any anomaly (missing, damaged, non-compliant product), the customer must make written reservations with the carrier and inform the clinic by email (info@entourage.ch) within 48 hours of receipt. <\/p>\n<h3>Article 8 &#8211; Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with Swiss legislation on distance selling, the customer has a <strong>period of 14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties.<\/p>\n<h4>8.1 Exercising the right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n<p>To exercise this right, the customer must notify his or her decision to withdraw by email to info@entourage.ch or by post to the clinic&#8217;s address.<\/p>\n<h4>8.2 Product returns<\/h4>\n<p>Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and with all accessories.<\/p>\n<p>Return shipping costs are at the customer&#8217;s expense, except in the case of a defective product or delivery error.  <\/p>\n<h4>8.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n<p>In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To digital gift vouchers already sent<\/li>\n<li>Products that have been unsealed, used or opened for hygienic reasons<\/li>\n<li>Customized or made-to-measure products  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 9 &#8211; Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or the return of a defective product, the clinic will reimburse the sums paid within a maximum of <strong>14 days<\/strong> following receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.<\/p>\n<p>Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Initial delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of a defective product or delivery error attributable to the clinic.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 10 &#8211; Legal warranties<\/h3>\n<h4>10.1 Warranty of conformity<\/h4>\n<p>All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Swiss Code of Obligations.
