Terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 – Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) exclusively govern distance sales of products and services offered on the www.entourage.ch website by ENTOURAGE Medical Esthetic Solutions SA.
These terms and conditions apply to the following purchases:
- Cosmetics and beauty care
- Advent calendar and gift boxes
- Gift vouchers (digital format or by post)
Important note:
Aesthetic medicine and cosmetic surgery services are the subject of specific contracts and are not governed by these terms and conditions.
Any order placed on our site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Products and services
The products and services described on our website are as accurate as possible. However, the clinic cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the presentation.
The photographs and visuals presented are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3.1 Cosmetic products
The cosmetics on offer are professional-quality products, carefully selected by our experts.
3.2 Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used for all Clinique Entourage services and products. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for their cash value.
Article 4 – Prices
The prices of our products and services are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes, including Swiss VAT at the current rate.
The clinic reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the Prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
Article 5 – Ordering
5.1 Ordering process
To place an order, the customer must follow the steps below:
- Selection of products or services
- Basket validation
- Entering delivery and billing information
- Choice of payment method
- Order verification and confirmation
- Acceptance of these terms and conditions
- Payment
5.2 Order confirmation
Once the order has been validated and payment made, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the details of the order, the total amount and delivery information.
This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and constitutes proof of the sales contract.
Article 6 – Payment terms
6.1 Accepted means of payment
Payments are secured and processed by our payment service provider Wallee.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Payment by instalments via PowerPay
- Other payment methods offered by Wallee
6.2 Payment by instalments – PowerPay
To make your purchases easier, we offer an instalment payment solution via PowerPay, our trusted partner.
Terms of payment by instalments :
- Possibility of paying in several monthly instalments (depending on amount and eligibility)
- Secure processing by Wallee
- Specific PowerPay conditions apply
- Approval subject to acceptance of your file by PowerPay
The detailed terms of payment will be communicated to you during the order process and are subject to PowerPay’s general terms and conditions.
6.3 Payment security
All transactions are secure and encrypted. The clinic does not store any banking data.
Article 7 – Delivery
7.1 Delivery area
Products are delivered in Switzerland and the European Union, according to the terms specified at the time of order.
7.2 Delivery times
Delivery times are given as an indication when the order is placed. The clinic makes every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Indicative lead times :
- Digital gift vouchers: immediate delivery by email
- Postal gift vouchers: 3 to 5 working days
- Cosmetics: 5 to 7 working days
7.3 Delivery charges
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated and vary according to the delivery method chosen and the destination.
7.4 Receipt of order
On receipt of the parcel, the customer is invited to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered. In the event of any anomaly (missing, damaged, non-compliant product), the customer must make written reservations with the carrier and inform the clinic by email (info@entourage.ch) within 48 hours of receipt.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss legislation on distance selling, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties.
8.1 Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, the customer must notify his or her decision to withdraw by email to info@entourage.ch or by post to the clinic’s address.
8.2 Product returns
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and with all accessories.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective product or delivery error.
8.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- To digital gift vouchers already sent
- Products that have been unsealed, used or opened for hygienic reasons
- Customized or made-to-measure products
Article 9 – Refunds
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or the return of a defective product, the clinic will reimburse the sums paid within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.
Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
Please note:
Initial delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of a defective product or delivery error attributable to the clinic.
Article 10 – Legal warranties
10.1 Warranty of conformity
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Swiss Code of Obligations. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may demand :
- Product repair or replacement
- Price reduction
- Cancellation of the sale
10.2 Warranty for defects
The customer is protected against hidden defects which render the product unfit for its intended use or which reduce its value to such an extent that the customer would not have purchased it or would only have offered a lower price had he been aware of them.
10.3 Claim period
All complaints must be made by e-mail to info@entourage.ch within a reasonable time of discovery of the defect.
Article 11 – Liability
The clinic cannot be held responsible in the following cases:
- Customer misuse of products
- Non-compliance with operating instructions
- Use of products after their expiration date
- Force majeure or events beyond the clinic’s control
- Unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party

Article 13 – Protection of personal data
The personal data collected during the order process are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.entourage.ch/politique-de-confidentialite.
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and the RGPD, customers have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their personal data.
Article 14 – Intellectual property
All elements of the www.entourage.ch website (text, images, graphics, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of ENTOURAGE Medical Esthetic Solutions SA and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, even partial, is forbidden without prior authorization.
Article 15 – Modification of the GCS
The clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The GCS applicable are those in force at the date of the order.
Article 16 – Language
These GCS are written in French. In the event of translation, the French version shall prevail.
Article 17 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the canton of Vaud (Lausanne) shall have sole jurisdiction.
Article 18 – Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of Swiss consumer protection law, in the event of a dispute, the customer may have recourse to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
Article 19 – Partial nullity
If one or more stipulations of these GTC are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision by a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.
